简要规则描述：对张江集镇、孙桥集镇、玉兰香苑区域、香楠区域等范围沿街商铺的生活垃圾实行定时定点上门分类收运，及非垃圾上门收运时间段对产生的沿街垃圾进行清运处置，收运好的生活垃圾统一运往华益路255号中转站。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief Specification Description: Zhangjiang Town, Sunqiao Town, Yulan Xiangyuan area, Xiangnan area and other areas along the street of the domestic garbage along the implementation of regular and fixed-point door-to-door classification of garbage collection and transportation, and non-garbage door-to-door collection and transportation time period to clean up and dispose of the garbage along the street, the collected domestic garbage unified to the transfer station of No. 255 Huayi Road. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)

合同履约期限：本项目预算金额所涵盖的服务期限为2025年1月1日起至2025年12月31日止。

The Contract Period: The service period covered by the budget amount of this project is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。 （2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
